To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria. Judgement that the learners have successfully fulfilled the assessment criteria is made by the assessor/trainer.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 These qualifications are designed for learners who are typically aged 21 and above.

The entry profile for learners is likely to include at least one of the following:

  • Relevant Level 6 qualification. Normally an Honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
  • Demonstration of relevant professional experience. Applicants should have at least 3 years professional experience in the field (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme) And, must have an:
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Ability to program in Python. ● Understanding of two or more of the following mathematical and scientific Python libraries: ‘NumPy’, ‘pandas’, ‘SciPy’, and ‘matplotlib’.
  • Access to a stable internet connection

COMPLETION & PROGRESSION

Upon your successful completion of your course you will be eligible for a university master’s degree from the UK subject to terms and conditions set by individual partner universities.
